Thanks to Singaporean budget airline Scoot, passengers onboard a Melbourne flight bound for Singapore got a chance to experience love up in the air just days before Valentine’s Day.

During the eight-hour flight, the crew put on Scoot’s signature 787 Dreamliner rainbow cabin lighting and went down the aisle dancing to Pink’s “Get This Party Started.”

To get passengers in the mood for love, “Lovefool” by The Cardigans was then played over the PA system, reported Daily Mail Australia. Coupled-up passengers were also treated to a lovey-dovey photoshoot, where they got to take pictures with their loved one while posing with cute props that included a handmade “Be my Valentine” frame. A top-level investigation is under way into Malaysian officials who may have misappropriated $4 billion from the country’s state-owned companies.

On Friday last week, the office of Swiss Attorney General Michael Lauber said it was opening a formal inquiry into Malaysian state accounts, after its investigation into Malaysian state investment fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) revealed possible wrongdoing.

Some money from 1MDB was transferred into accounts held in Switzerland, and belonged to various former Malaysian public officials and both former and current public officials from the United Arab Emirates. Read more…

SINGAPORE — After months of speculation, it has been confirmed that Madonna, the OG Queen of Pop, is bringing her controversial Rebel Heart Tour to Singapore on February 28.

But tickets to catch the Material Girl will cost you a pretty penny. Local concert organiser Mediacorp Vizpro says ticket prices start from SG$108 and goes up to a whopping SG$1,288 for a VIP pass.

To date, Madonna’s VIP tickets are the most expensive concert tickets in Singapore, with G-Dragon’s 2013 show coming in a close second at $1,000, which included a meet-and-greet session. Read more…
